Overall I have had a great experience being a customer of Paul's Abbey Carpet & Floor. I have had 5 different carpets put in by them since 1995 when I bought my condo, and I would recommend them over any other carpet company in the area. Jerry the owner, is a friend of mine and has always ran a professional and efficient business with high regards to the customer service in which they provide. Even when there was a mis-understanding, they sent out a representative of the company and the issue was resolved with no further payments and they did a great job in doing so. I have recommended them to 4-5 people I know personally including my grandson, and will continue to recommend them to anybody I know in need of this kind of service. I am highly satisfied and can't say enough about these guys.
