A few days after the purchase I called to let them know that there was no owner's manual in the glove dept - I did find that rather dismaying. However they quickly had one delivered within a few days. I also noticed that there was fraying on the back ledge of the car which I thought must have been done by a cat since it was a used car. I brought it in 10 days after I bought it and found out that it was because of the material used on the back ledge. Opening and closing the trunk caused the fraying of the material. It took only 2 hours to replace it with much studier material and it was under the warranty. No complaints - top notch service - thank you!
