I really don't know where to begin. I can say that I am very happy that I made this phone call to Napleton. I was on what one would call a quest for a car and I was very determined. I haven't owned a vehicle in 6 yrs because I knew I simply wasn't ready. This time I was ready and set out to obtain a car a bike, or something. It took me 3 blocks and 3 buses to my first car lot. The experience was very different than the first time and I understood I had credit issues, but it was very frustrating. After 3 hrs of finance calls and poor car choices we settled on a price or so I thought. I called around to get some financial advice from my mom and grandmother. needless to say they weren't any help. This had to be a decision that I must make on my own. So while me and my son test drove this car I just couldn't settle on what they offered me. I called Napleton and spoke to Jennifer very nice woman, and I explained my situation.
