I call Roto-Rooter on Thursday to help with a leaky faucet and a toliet that was leaking. Chris came out and was wonderful. He assessed the situation very quickely and went straight to work. He also fixed my leaky faucet at no charge because there really wasn't anything wrong, just something not sitting right. Which I would have never been able to figure out. He was extremely friendly and professional. I really appreciate the time he took with me. He had shared he had just found out a few hours before hand about a death in his family and he was still extremely professional and diligent in fixing my issue. I will use Roto- Rooter again and recommend them. In fact I have already recommended them to a friend on Facebook!.
