I will NEVER, EVER use safelite autoglass again!!! My windshield was in need of repair and I contacted these people to repair the damage. It took @two weeks for them to come and do the work. They shot some resin into the spider chip and called it a day. Long story short - I am not the least bit happy with the results. Then, when I tried to call the local office to have the windshield replaced I was on hold for thirty minutes until I brought up the website and found their hours were until 5pm (was on hold from 4:26 pm til 4:57 pm). They sent all calls to their answering machine because no one was there to take the calls The local office is poorly, poorly run. I should have contracted with a local repair shop rather than a large, national entity such as safelite. BE WARNED ABOUT THIS LOCAL OFFICE LOCATED AT 161WINDHILL RD, COLUMBIA, SC 29203.
