We have been customers for over 20 years, and all favorable experiences. When there were issues, I made a phone call and the response was timely and the issue solved where possible. The lawn and trees/shrubs look good, and I am complimented by neighbors walking by. We have several specialists that work on the lawn, and each gives a sense of ownership in OUR lawn.
