Thank you Tom Williams for your great service this Sunday morning. Woke up this morning to a big mess in our basement. Thankfully, the mess was only in the bathroom and hallway. When Tom arrived he was extremely friendly and answered all our questions. Tom was very careful not to make a mess. He put on shoe covers and also put down sheets on the carpet where he was walking. He work efficiently and quickly. He put our minds at ease in the fact he was so knowledgeable and had years of plumbing experience. We totally recommend Roto-Rooter, Spokane, WA.
