Ken is very seasoned at what he does as I purchased an entire house full of wood blinds sight unseen, 15 hours away, completely via the phone. We wanted our new home to have privacy when we moved in and Ken delivered! Ken carefully selected the appropriate color to match our woodwork, complete with decorative valances. It was customer service beyond compare. Being an interior designer, I've had the opportunity to work with numerous companies throughout the years.
