My husband and I stayed here in 2008 and the room was awful . It was like a bunch of prom kids had partied hard . Bed was lumpy, sink was falling off the wall, disgusting . But I'm always willing to give someone the benefit of the doubt as we never complained . \r
Well this year we returned . You cannot beat $69.00 a night with free beach badges & breakfast . When I called for availability I explained the dilema in 2008 and was assured we'd get a better room . Now I'm not going to say it was Great, but you tell me what hotel is in Seaside . Our bed was comfortable , sheets were clean, room was vacummed & cleaned, air conditioning worked great . Bathroom was cleaned and funtional . All the lights worked, refrigerator froze our drinks and TV was new . You tell me where 2 people in peak season can stay that close to the boarwalk for $69.00 plus get free beach badges ( which would cost $10.00) and a free complimentary breakfast at The whistle Stop . \r
Tom, at the front desk was very couteous and accomodating to our needs . The pool was awesome . \r
We liked it so much that we are returning for 2 nights at the end of this month . And we were told to ask for the same room as we were very satisfied . \r
