I was pleased with Junkman. I appreciated the fact that my phone call was returned promptly, the person addressed me by name, and that service was available in 1 hour or so! The men who came to our house were on time, greeted me with a handshake and their names, gave me a reasonable quote, and hauled my "junk" to the trunk efficiently.
