After a long winter of erratic irrigation use we decided to have our irrigation system checked and adjusted. Keith Hassell (who arrived promptly as scheduled) did the work and we could not have been more pleased! He was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable, was able to make a few very helpful suggestions, replaced a few faulty heads and adjusted the system to what we felt was 100% working condition. Keith simply confirmed our feeling about the reliability of service from Bug Out. I would not hesitate to recommend them as we were totally satisfied.
