Took the vehicle in for a 5,000 maintenance / oil change. After checking the front and rear brakes, they found that a rear brake cylinder was leaking fluid. Replace both rear brake cylinders and brake shoes. Bleed brake lines.
Serpentine belt Idler Pulley making noise. Belt had cracks from age. Serpentine belt tensioner worn. Replaced all parts. Problem solved.
