As a first time buyer, the thought of walking into a dealership terrified me Pushy sales people, long hours of negotiation and mindless conversation I would have to endure, was not something I was looking forward to. Sadly, my faithful 00 Camry had served its time and it was time for a change. I knew I wanted a vehicle that was sporty and dependable and decided to go with a Honda. I yelped honda and Galpin Honda came up. I decided to go there and from the moment I walked in it was an awesome experience. I was offered coffee which I loved! My sales man was Gilbert Jordan.Awesome guy no pressure and down to business. Asked me lots of relevant questions to determine what would work best for me and for my needs. We narrowed it down to the Honda Civic which was something I could easily see myself in. We went on some test drives outweighed pros and cons of each vehicle and before I knew I fell in love! Decided to go with a beautiful 2014 charcoal grey Honda civic 2 doors! Nicely equipped and priced where I needed it to be. When it came time to the negotiate I told him what I could do and he found my match! It was so easy and there was NO PRESSURE I honestly felt calm. Nothing like the horror stories I had heard. There is a waiting process, but you know the saying ""nothing good comes easy or fast."" The time there was well spent and I was at ease the whole time. Gilbert was wonderful and debunked my expectation which was a great thing! Thank you so much Gilbert, I will definitely come back here the next time and recommend all of my friends and family. :)
