We first used Crown Resurfacing a few years ago. They resurfaced our entire bathtub which was a big job and took 6 hours. First they had to remove the old materials and David did some things to try to repair it but in the end just did a complete installation, he was thorough and did it right. He put in a non-skid bottom then resurfaced it and resealed it around the edge.
David is pleasant to work with, stands by his work and backs it up. After the original installation we had a problem and he came back within a few days and the warranty covered the repair. Then a week ago we had another problem so we got in touch by email which David thanked us for and then he called back. He had to redo the entire tub and again it was completely covered by the warranty. So the whole operation is very professional, they will come back and fix anything that's wrong.
