Even though I brought our vehicle in for one thing, I had a laundry list of some other issues that we thought MIGHT need to be addressed. Even though some of them seemed to be "nit-picky" they took all our questions/concerns seriously and addressed each one. I was glad not to have our concerns "dismissed."
