We brought our tablet in for replacement of a broken screen. New screen is scuffed, there are particles behind the glass, the seal is mangled and the touch-screen feature doesn't work. We had to take them to court to get our repair fees back. Lesson 1: Check reviews and/or judgments before taking items in for repair.\r
