My car needed service. Scheduling the service was as easy as a quick phone call. Because the service was under warranty, and because the service took a couple of days, I was offered a loaner. When I picked up my car from being serviced, I was provided a thorough explanation of what was done to the vehicle. The vehicle was cleaned! It was easy in, and easy out. I never had to wait more than a few minutes.
