Well my experience started off great because I've been having an issue with my car not starting every morning and I had an appt with Shanes and just like every other morning my car didn't start. I called the shop and they actually said they would come down to my house and get it to the shop which was great. Unfortunately it was at the shop all day on a Friday and at the end of the day I didn't get a call back from Shanes so I called to inquire about my vehicle and they told me they didn't get to it but Shane would go in on Saturday just to look at and will call me. Saturday came and went. Monday I showed up at the shop to see if I could just pick up my car and see what's wrong with it. The woman told me she tried calling me on Saturday and that my phone rang once and went to voicemail. I wish she would've tried calling back before leaving the shop. Shane told me there is nothing wrong with it that it started right up and he didn't pull up any codes. I was surprised because every morning at my place it doesn't start. I said Ok and just asked to get my car so I could just get to work and when he pulled it up I noticed that my 22 inch rim that I just bought a couple weeks back was scraped. He said he didn't know what happened to it. So here I am 2 weeks later bumming a ride to work because my car doesn't start. The only reason I chose this place was because of all the wonderful reviews. I just wish I could've had the same experience.
