I had a very poor experience:\r
\r
Expensive:\r
Matt wanted $950 to replace a fuel pump. I took it elsewhere and got it done for $420.\r
\r
Questionable honesty:\r
Was told my power window motor needed to be replaced - something I had recently replaced myself with a working part.\r
\r
Pushy:\r
Constantly interrupted. Questions regarding charges were met with accusations of not respecting his business. Very unpleasant to communicate with.\r
\r
An excerpt:\r
Me: "Matt, if you didn't know you were going to be charged for something, and then were charged, would you be frustrated?"\r
Matt: "No."\r
\r
Condescending:\r
Had to listen to many lengthy analogies explaining things such as what a warranty is. I know what a warranty is. I feel like most people know what a warranty is.\r
\r
Rude to women:\r
Matt audibly scoffed at a middle-aged woman at the shop by herself - to her face - when she questioned whether her repair would be cheaper without replacing one of the parts he was selling her.\r

I'd really recomme
