Had used these guys in previous years, but just moved back from Seattle and found that their service is not even close to what it once was. They consider themselves high tech but I was held hostage by these guys when presenting a credit card for payment. Not only did the guy refuse to take the card but he kept the meter rolling while locating an atm. This was not for a 2.00 ride but a $50 ride that I'll now being using another service for weekly. I have many friends and expo members who fly in and all will now know that City Cab is a distrusted transportation service.
