We were very impressed with Mike's willingness to solve the problem and get the unit repaired. He didn't have to suggest a temporary solution, he didn't have to go back to Lacey for space heaters, he didn't have to find a new fan motor and he didn't have to bring it back to our house and install it - all after normal business hours. But he did all this and appeared to be genuinely pleased to provide this extra service.\r
