I had missed an appt. I had made for a Sat. morning and I missed it but they got me in on the following Monday. I dropped my truck off they told me about an hour 15 mins until it would be finished. I walked over to Fred Meyers instead of waiting in the provided room and I got a call an hour later that it was ready. Got my review on what was needed to better my vehicle and was handed back my keys to my freshly washed truck! sweet! No hassles!
