After spending a couple days emailing them to make sure I ordered the correct beaters for my sunbeam mixer I paid for them. They told me they are on backorder for 2-4 months. I was okay with that b/c my 'old' beaters work but not good and the mixer is over 50 years old. The $30.00 was debited from my account on September 16, 2013. I still don't have the beaters and of course NO ONE answers the phone number listed on my bank statement or from the website !!! VERY BAD COMPANY -- I AM GLAD IT WASN'T ANY WORSE FOR ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
