Mike K was early to our inspection and had already checked the roof before I arrived! He was very easy to talk to and always went the extra mile throughout the inspection to explain anything and everything he saw in the home. Even if your home inspection were to pass mike would provide information on things to look out for and be monitoring. I really felt at ease after the inspection with our future home being a first time home owner.
