What a great company! From knowledge to customer service. When placing an internet order I called to discuss some technical information with the staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. Ordered a binding via Fedex from the east coast, it arrived a day early! However, the binding had a manufacture's defect (not their fault) I called and explained the problem. Immediately they fedex'd for a Saturday delivery a replacement! WOW talk about earning repeat business.
