Scott came by yesterday for the annual plumbing inspection. He was on time, personable, courteous, incredibly thorough and an overal joy to have at our home. Scott went over the entire inspection checklist with me, showed me potential areas of concern and made everything completely understandable as well as gave my family a realistic priority checklist with pricing so we could budget for the future.
