I've had a really awesome experience with All-Star Chem-Dry. The guys that came to clean my carpet were really nice, and very professional. They were very friendly when I called to make my appointment and went out of their way to fit me in to their schedule. Once they got here they saw that my upholstery was also in need of a cleaning and they offered me an awesome price to get it cleaned.
My apartment is on the second floor and I have turned other carpet cleaners away because once they got here they would want to use my water and charge extra for being on the second floor. Chem-Dry did not. Their prices were the same as what they quoted me and they use their own water. They've been really pleasant and I wouldn't mind having them in my home every time I need my carpets cleaned.
