I had previously written a bad review regarding this company as a way of venting. My review was written prematurely. After a conversation with the store manager, the company apologized for the inconvenience and trouble we had with their service tech. They offered a refund and voucher for future service which was beyond expected. I apologize for jumping the gun. If we do experience any future appliance repair needs, we will contact J&B as result of their professionalism in handling the situation..which they handled better than I did!
