My experience with Pride Flooring was great. They did a great job! I have a pretty big upstairs area in my house, and they installed the new carpeting in one piece. I called about three other installers, and all of them said they would have to cut here and there and do it in a bunch of pieces. Pride Flooring did the WHOLE thing as one, including the hallways and closets. It's a great quality carpet, too.
On the stairs, I used to have something on the first step that would always trip people. Pride glued that all for me and fixed it. They also put tile in the bathroom upstairs and did a little ramp going down. It came out really, really nice.
I was scared because, with something like this, you want to make sure they will do a good job. I didn't even know about Pride, and I was so happy in the end.
