Wow, I have had very similar experiences to those who have written negatively of the service below me. However, my negative experience was actually with the NP. I do not want to get into all of the personal details of my visit, but I was made to feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable by the staff as well. The NP did not talk to me once before touching me and was about to walk out the door before I had to stop her to actually talk to me. No one spoke with me about my concerns, and the most attention I got was from the nurse that was triaging me who asked me about why I was there out in the public. I did not feel comfortable here at all.\r

As someone who is starting a profession in the medical field, I urge women to not accept this standard of care. You are not supposed to be treated this way and your concerns should be met at every visit. As a primary care office, this office should also be trying to educate its clientele and every patient should leave the office feeling knowledgeable about their condition and secure that their provider is advocating for them and their well-being. I do not recommend this office, and if you as a current patient receive a low level of care I urge you to be your own advocate and seek better care elsewhere.\r

Caring for others is a privilege that I did not feel this office valued when caring for me. Please do not let medical personnel devalue you.
