I called Plano Glass on March 3rd 2014. I was speaking with Collin because I had some questions about an up coming project. Collin was very inpatient with me, Collin was raising his voice at me and trying to explain it to me, and I asked Collin why he was yelling at me. Collin told me that if you need to have it explain to you like a child then I am gonna treat you like one. I told Collin I didn't appreciate him talking to me and he cussed at me saying the f-word off. Collin then hung up on me. Don't call PLANO GLASS if you need help. They don't have time or patients to help you out and then cuss you out with the F-WORD
