Randy at Peninsula Infiniti went absolutely above and beyond in customer service and service recovery. My new Q50 had a problem with the SOS assistant not working on the day I received my new car. It ended up taking a week to get it fixed due to the holidays, but Randy personally took my husband and I to the airport to make sure that we were not stranded. He called me everyday to let me know the status of the repair and even when he was not on duty at work, he made sure that the service agent took care of me and had asked another sales rep to make sure that I understood how to use the personal assistant.\r more
