These people are liars and cheats. they tell you what they think you want to hear in order to make a sale. I ordered a raptor 6 weeks ago after putting a $2,000 deposit down, with the promise of getting it in 6 to 8 weeks. It has now been 6 weeks and they haven't even put the order into ford. I called and asked what was going on and they acted like they didn't care or like my business mint nothing to them. Brian Caccavari the salesman told me lies the entire 6 weeks that I would be next in line or that it would only be a week longer but when I talked to his manager Mike Kitsmiller and told him the time frame the salesman told me, he called me a liar and told me I herd wrong. he insulted my character and talked to me like I was beneath him. I was going to buy a $65,000 truck from them but I wouldn't give them one red cent now. AVOID BRIAN CACCAVARI. and FORD OF ORANGE!!!!!!!
