A surgery mill run by stressed, angry people. They rushed me through the process and when I started asking questions they put me on hold, then hung up on me when I asked my options for scheduling. Since I did not fit into their scheme, they ignored my requests for assistance. When I asked for a refund they sent me through four levels of bureaucrats and the final say was left in the hands of someone named Mark, who would never contact me to tell me yes or no. Leaving the response to be a no without having the courtesy to speak to me and turn down my request.\r

All the way through the process the people were rude and arrogant, making it clear the goal was to push people through the surgery mill… no time for personalization or questions. Not the kind of people I want operating on my eyes.
