I don't write many reviews. Colonial is top notch. Their staff is knowledgable and professional. I live on the north shore where their is an abundance of car dealerships, including a Volkswagen center. I have used Colonial and more specifically Greg Cohen for the last several years for all my automotive needs. My wife and I just took delivery of our fourth car from the colonial group ( all VW). Even for service I could easily go to my local dealership, but instead I find myself heading to Medford because the people there are a pleasure to deal with
