My son went to 911 in Graham and on several occasions they "LOST" his tests and he has had to retake them! At first it was just ONE that they lost (keep in mind, he has already taken his FINAL test and passed. I was told they lost a test during a phone call, I was calling to schedule is final drive) , well, when he went to retake it, there was a note on his file saying they ,"lost" a second test of his! I asked why/how this happens and she said that pretty much some things fall through the cracks!!!! This is unprofessional and I am sadden by the amount of money that they make off of peoples children. By reading other reviews, it sounds like this does not happen very often, but, it happened and keeps happening to my child.
Save some money and go elsewhere.
