I had an oil leak. when all was said and done, the write up on the estimate changed. it was high already, but they tacked on an extra 50 dollars.\r

The parts that were needed were marked up 3 times what they sold for.\r

Joe Ott made it very clear, he does this dishonest measure to pay for his rent, keep his workers, and pay for insurance. HE is and was very sarcastic. i will always tell others the truth about this place.They deserve to close down. \r

Getting them to write down the parts you need, and what they are charging you for those parts is a must for someone who goes there. \r
