We'd used Galloway's Flooring Warehouse several times for carpet, but we recently used them to put tile in one room. During the planning stages they were very patient with me. Their patience was helpful because there were some difficult decisions to make.
We had a little problem with the installation that they very quickly rectified. They had a great attitude about it, and everything was fixed perfectly. They sent us a thank you note afterwards.
Everything just went great, and the floor looks beautiful! The installers had a great attitude, and they did an excellent job. All the salespeople were equally helpful!
