The people at Galloway's Flooring Warehouse were very knowledgeable, and working with them was a very comfortable experience. It was very different from using a big home improvement store. It was our first time with them, and they made it personal.
They have a very clean store. It doesn't look like a warehouse. They helped us make choices for major remodeling we were doing in our bathroom. We ended up purchasing floor and shower tiles from them. Their installer provided the installation, and it looks real good!
I think one of the things you get with a small operation like theirs is you get personal care each time. You also are able to deal with the same person, unlike with big box stores where you walk in and you don't know who you're going to get. At those types of stores it's also hard to find someone who is knowledgeable. One person might tell you one thing, and another will tell you something different. Galloway's had excellent, personal service!
