AVOID THIS TRAVEL AGENCY AT ALL COSTS. We settled on a trip, signed a contract and paid our deposit. A week before our balance was due they informed us they hadn't made our airline reservations, there were no seats left on the non-stop flight specifically noted in our contract AND we had to pay almost $900 more for a connecting flight. When we booked with them we told them our number one concern was non-stop flights. They had the nerve to claim the contract was only a ""good idea"" of what might be available for us and so they were under no obligation to purchase the tickets. No apology. Nothing - not even from the manager.
