Overall I have been satisfied with the service I have received. However, when When I brought my car in for its 30K check up, the catalytic converter had to be replaced; and after the catalytic converter was replaced, the door locks did not work. These items were repaired in a timely manner and the customer service rep. have been professional and responsive.
