Customer service, comfort, and relativity.. Per Customer Svc .. I noticed staff treated each concern as a new and genuine matter.
Appearance; Although, I was not expecting to see an auto shop where personnel are dress in dressed shirts and tie's especially considering it's an auto shop. So, I hope the company pays for it's employees dry cleaning.
Thus to say, the overall cleanliness of the facility will surpass anyone's idea or thought of an auto shop's up-keep.
Having a relatively clean environment with the offer of refreshments while one waits is comforting. Whereas, most mechanic shops are so filthy one does not desire to partake of the coffee or package sustenance.
