So it happened to me.  Walked in yesterday!  All paperwork in hand to make sure the process was quick and seamless.  As I walked in, I realized the woman at the desk had a customer on speakerphone, so I was reluctant to approach.  She motioned me over and asked what she could do for me.  No greeting.  I presented all paperwork (doctor's prescription, insurance and even username/password to verify benefits) - she snatched it from me --- like if I was bothering her.  Told me I could get up to $160 in frames - motioned that I might be able to find something  on the adjoining wall.  Turned away and went about her business (completely cold to me).  Sad that all 3 agents just sat there and didn't offer any assistance.  Quite shocked at this point, I searched glasses, found one pair went up to the lady and asked if they had another color, her reply ""NO"" and went about her business.  I don't know what I said or did to make this disgrace of an agent mad -- maybe I interrupted her lunch, didn't bring lunch or what?  Very shocked.  So I informed her I couldn't find anything and decided to leave --- she handed me my paperwork and didn't say a word --- So I left.  The most uncomfortable experience in my life.  What I would suggest is stay away.  NOT A GREAT PLACE!  I don't care what anyone says.  This was completely inexcusable.  We, or at least I, rely on assistance when choosing some so important to me.  STAY AWAY.  By the way, I called to inform the lady how she made me feel.  I asked to speak with Management --- imagine, I am still waiting for that call....
