My experience at the Hyundai Future Ford of Concord was fairly good. The service person was very efficient and kept me informed of the usual things. He said the service would take an 1.25-1.5 hrs. When I arrived 1.5 hrs. later, the car was getting washed and the attendant who normally dries the cars was busy with another issue so it slowed things up. Although my appointment was just up the road, I was still 5 minutes late. I would recommend they suggest that we arrange for a 2 hr. window rather than 1.5 hr. I know the shuttle is available and I would have used it if I knew they were running late.
