New puppy pulled up newer carpet and chewed carpet pad. Called at 2:30 and the gentleman was at my home by 4:30 SAME DAY! My carpet looks as if nothing had happened;). This wife won't be hearing a word from her hubby! The price was completely worth it! Thanks
