Was very satisfied with work till it came down to customer service after there was 2 problems with pool. Noticed a stain on floor of pool. Called and they came out and told me that rebar had came through floor of pool. They told me they would call me to schedule a date for them to do repairs. Came home from work and thought I had lost all my water. No they came without calling. Proceeded to repair pool. when done told me to send water bill and bill for chemicals needed to get it stable. Now remember they showed up with no warning, meaning I had no time to call water company. When they received bill they shorted me at least $50. Said they would not pay the sewer portion. I could have had it removed by water company if they would have told me ahead of time they were coming out. Think it was very petty for a reputable or what I thought was a reputable company. \r
Next I noticed that I was losing over a inch of water a day. they came and said they would have a company come out and check it. They did and found and fixed it. Have not lost a 1/2 inch in 2 months since. Problem was I was losing a inch of water a day last year and they told me it was from evaporation and never inspected it. wonder how much water I wasted in that year due to the leak they said was just evaporation.\r
