We noticed that our furnace was making loud noises one night, so we called D&D the next morning, expecting out usual serviceman Dennis. A new technician (new to us) came out about an hour and a half later and told us that our furnace motor needs to be replaced. Unfortunately he said that they didn't have the motor so they'd have to order it and it takes 2-3 days. The next day I got a call from Chris, and lo and behold the motor had come in, he put it in and its been working great since. We've used these guys for 20 years, and while they don't always have the parts on them, they usually get them fast.
