Our new Jetta diesel takes 20 minutes to produce warm enough air to hear the passenger cabin. During my last visit we confirmed that after 20 minutes the air temperature coming out of the vent is 190 F, which is about right. However, we did not diagnose why the car requires 20 minutes to reach this level of performance. That's the purpose of an upcoming visit.
