My '06 Civic LX was incapacitated and I was riding in the tow truck when my son called and needed urgent help from me. When I arrived at the service counter I told the service writer CJ the need for aid getting a rental, I barely finished my sentence and he was on the phone to Enterprise. I went directly to the rental office and there was no problem from Klein that I hadn't signed or dealt with the tow driver. As my personal drama unfolded before their eyes, Klein and Enterprise responded in a caring and most helpful display of professionalism. CJ and Christina have my deep gratitude.
