Responsive to my needs, pointed out things that need to be done along the way. This time was a big service and repair. Got a loaner quickly when I dropped it off and was very easy to bring back the loaner and pick up my car. Service this time was very good. Don't like the new waiting area. Hope they fix it during the remodel.
